This policy explains how Costa Rica Local Tours handles information when you contact us or request help arranging tours, transportation or other travel services.
Information you provide
Our inquiry form asks for your name and email. You can also share travel dates, group size, destinations, a phone number, accommodation and a message about your plans. Email and WhatsApp messages contain the information you choose to send.
We use these details to respond to your inquiry, check availability, prepare a quote, coordinate the services you request and assist with your reservation. If details needed for a particular service are missing, we may need to ask for them before arranging it.
Please share information about other travelers only with their authorization. Do not send payment-card details, passport copies or medical records through the general inquiry form. If an activity requires specific participant information, ask us about the appropriate process first.
Service providers and communication platforms
Arranging a service may require sharing relevant details with the selected operator, such as the booking name, group size, activity date, contact number or pickup location. We will explain the intended sharing and request the necessary authorization before sending your personal information. Operators may provide their own privacy notices and participant forms.
Our contact form uses FormSubmit to process and deliver messages to us. Communications through email or WhatsApp also pass through the relevant platform. These external services have their own information-handling practices, and processing may take place outside Costa Rica.
Website technologies

Your choices and privacy requests
