Introduction: try freediving with instructor guidance before committing to a full certification course. Share your swimming comfort and any previous experience so we can check the right starting point.
Beginner certification: follow a structured course with theory and practical sessions. The agency, course level, schedule and performance requirements are confirmed before booking. Certification depends on meeting the course requirements.
Advanced and Master courses: continue from qualifying prior training. Send your current freediving certification and goals so the instructor can review eligibility and the appropriate next level.
Supervised training and private coaching: ask about pool or open-water sessions, technique coaching and longer training programs. The instructor checks the format around your background and goals.

Is This the Right Option for You?
Beginners can ask about an introduction or entry-level course; previous freediving experience is not required for every program. Swimming comfort and participation requirements are reviewed by the instructor. Advanced courses and training sessions may require prior freediving certification. A scuba qualification does not replace freediving prerequisites.

Is freediving the same as scuba diving?
No. Freediving is a separate breath-hold activity.
Will I receive a certification?
Certification is available through a named course and depends on completing its requirements. An introductory experience or a coaching session does not automatically award a certification. Your proposal states the agency, level and course scope.
Can beginners inquire?
Yes. Ask about Discover Freediving or a beginner certification course. Tell us your swimming comfort, previous experience and dates so we can check the suitable option with an instructor.
What agency and level are available?

Can I practice independently after one session?
Freediving training should take place with appropriate supervision and safety support. Ask about a guided introduction, course or supervised coaching session rather than practicing breath-hold diving alone.
